Zero tolerance policy

In line with NHS policy, St James’s surgery operates a zero tolerance policy towards abusive behaviour from patients.

This means that abusive, threatening or violent behaviour towards staff is totally unacceptable.

Patients who behave in this manner will be removed from the surgery’s list and we will have no hesitation in calling the police to remove such patients from the premises.
