Message in a bottle

The Message in a Bottle Scheme is supported by Help the Aged, Bath & North East Somerset Council and the Police. The scheme is designed for elderly patients to keep a record of any medication they are taking, in case Emergency Services or other Care Agencies need to access their home.

Your details are stored in a clearly labelled plastic contained, which is kept in your fridge. Stickers to indicate you use the scheme should be displayed on your window or door.

Please ask at Reception for ‘Message in a Bottle’ kit.
