Sources of Support & Information for Carers

There are a number of networks that can help you as a Carer. These are:

THE CARE NETWORK

http://www.thecarenetwork.co.uk/

An independent charity and company limited by guarantee, funded mainly by Social Services
and the Primary Care Trust to support informal Carers in Bath and North East Somerset. They have been working with Carers for over 10 years.

They offer practical information and the emotional support Carers need to make life easier for
them and the person they care for. They signpost Carers to the appropriate local or national services, inform Carers of their rights and offer support where possible to enable people to get the services they need
